COVID-19 Update
Wednesday August 18 - Yes, we are still processing online orders.
Mr Positive is part of the supply chain in Medical (inc Dental), Science, Telecommunication, Transport, Defence and Central and Local Government Agencies. Specifically, our specialised battery range. As such, we are still processing online orders during the NZ Covid-19 lockdown. However, our public showroom is now closed. No pickups, no public visits, no exceptions.
As the NZ courier network has been classified by the NZ government as essential, all couriers operating nationwide are adopting new safety measures. As such, if you are in need of essential batteries and related power products during NZ Covid-19 lockdown, you can still buy these from Mr Positive and they will be shipped to your door. Please don’t forget that ALL deliveries are now contactless. We will always email tracking details for your order.
Some of Mr Positive’s products are shipped directly from our suppliers’ local warehouse. In normal circumstances, this process is traditionally very efficient. Over the week lockdown period, some of our suppliers have either chosen to shut down voluntarily or are not deemed essential. In most cases these products are in hobby and non-crucial categories anyway. This means that these products cannot be shipped over the lockdown period and will be marked as temporarily out of stock on our website. This is a fluid situation and is likely to change. We will update our website as soon as we have more information.
General Enquiries and Administration
Although now working remotely, our administration and general sales system are still functioning as normal. Please use the contact us form on our Contact Page if you have any questions regarding a product or our service during the Covid-19 lockdown. We have had a spike in general enquiries leading up to the lockdown. We have worked through most of the backlog and are doing our best to respond to all reasonable enquiries within 24 hours (during traditional business hours).
We would like to thank you for your continued support and hope you and your loved ones stay safe during these unprecedented times. Look after one another and let’s all try our best to follow the rules in order to curb the spread of this virus.
